What can I say about Nicole&Patrick... the first thing that comes to mind is how freaking bad ass it was that they did the tango for their first dance. Seriously... no joke and it was great! The second thing I love about Nicole is her infectious laugh... it makes me smile! Third... they had some great music... a super cool band before the ceremony followed by an awesome DJ that kept the room moving! I could go on and on but I will say one last thing... Thanks Nicole&Patrick for being so accommodating and making us feel so welcome and loved!
I had a great time hanging out with Monica&Jim the other day. They are super sweet and as you can see from the photo below Jim likes to play air guitar... ok... I don't think that was the intention but it sure looks like it. See Jim you do ROCK! I don't get out to San Antonio as often as I like so I'm super excited about their wedding there next year.

Another featured wedding in the KNOT TEXAS!!!!!!!! I've been fortunate enough to have several weddings featured in the Knot over the past couple of years and I'm especially excited that Krystina&Josh's wedding was chosen for this issue! 
I was lucky enough to get to spend some quality time with Kati&Andrew before the ceremony and we got some killer shots! Soooo… there are a lot of Kati&Andrew but I couldn’t help myself! I couldn’t narrow down my favorites so I just posted them all. Kati&Andrew thank you soooooooooooo much for being so kind and light hearted. You made my job extremely easy and it sure doesn’t hurt that you aren’t so shabby to look at. You have to check out Kati’s bridals... she looks like a model! Oh yeah… when I told Kati the boys were playing quarters with bottle caps she said… he’s so country! Sweet!!!!!!!!!
Lesley&David are such a sweet couple... you can tell how in love these two are by just how easy and comfortable they are together. During the ceremony a choir sang a piece that David had written for the wedding... it was absolutely beautiful... And at one point during the reception Lesley's eyes filled with tears and she said her heart was really full...and that was a good thing. There was so much emotion at this wedding, and you could just feel how happy everyone was for them. Thank you for having me along, and special thanks to Tanya from Clink for making the day run so smoothly. 
Tricia&Justin’s wedding was great and I love how easy going they are. They just seemed to glide through the entire night. I was really excited to have some time to play around with them and get some awesome shots of the two of them. I have started playing around with textures and their photos were perfect for it. It was also really cool to photograph at The Cimarron Hills Country Club in

I had a great time photographing Kimberly&Jamie's wedding at One World Theatre. I've been looking forward to it since the first time I met Jamie, and it was nice to finally meet Kimberly. I loved how they included Jamie's Scottish heritage. And Kimberly looked absolutely beautiful and Jamie not so shabby.... Everyone had a wonderful time, and this was definitely a dancing crowd! Kimberly and her friends sure had some moves down!

A lot of planning went into Sara&Darrin's wedding and by the final details you can tell it was all worth it. Sarah did an amazing job! For a moment we thought the weather might make everything melt but a wonderful breeze blew in and made it all better. Darrin&Sara have an amazing support group of friends and family, it was great to see all the love... ahhhhhhhh.

What can I say about Kati! I think the pictures tell it all... I had an amazing time doing this bridal. I'm so excited about these wonderful images and I can't wait to shoot her wedding next month. Katy, THANK YOU soooooooooooooo much for trusting my vision and for playing with me. I truly had a wonderful time... I can't think of a better way to spend my day than creating something beautiful and unique... ok... maybe napping... I did get to sleep in late!
Claire&Joel are married and they can’t stop smooching! It was so cute every time I turned around these 2 were lip-locked… super sweet. What a wonderful wedding I had the opportunity to photograph this past weekend. Claire looked amazing and Joel well he looked pretty darn sharp. It was actually really nice to be indoors since it was especially hot, muggy and rainy on Saturday… we even got to take some pictures outside before it started to rain. The Four Seasons ballroom looked sooooooo good thanks to the beautiful lighting by Ilios (I love lighting at weddings... it adds so much ambiance and makes for super cool photos), amazing center pieces and flowers by Coby Neal and beautiful linens. I have to THANK Claire&Joel and both of their parents for being super sweet to us and making us feel so welcome and loved! It was also a pleasure working with Sarah Miller from Caplan&Miller Events… making my job as stress-free as possible!
