Britt&Jeff ~March 22, 2008

I heart Britt&Jeff… I do! What a COOL wedding! There is something beautiful about two very unique individuals who find true love and have amazing parents and friends who support and cherish that individuality. My hat goes off to the Roths and Kessels who inspired me to be that parent! Yeah… I want to be you! Thanks for reminding me how precious life is and how important it is to enjoy every minute of it. Ok.. enough mushiness… Denise from Soiree did a terrific job on this wedding. WOW… the details (talk about having a vision) and you know how I love details, everything was impeccable. Here are my top three details of the day. 1. The CAKE (loved the little people) 2. The boy’s shoes! 3. The s’mores! I can’t wait for the two of you to get all dressed up again for a super cool downtown shoot! Wohooooooooooo! Denise thanks again for everything... you were terrific!

To see their engagement photos which are some of my all time favorites click here.

Can you believe that a friend of Britt's made the dress and her mom made the veil... those are some talented ladies.

She's pretty goofy!

The boys and their super cool shoes.
All the flowers had such an organic feel.
Can you find Blanca and Vanessa?

I know there are lots of shoe shots, but how can you not!

Best kiss ever... that's what i call a smooch!
I have never seen a ketubah like this one! Another friend of Britt and Jeff's made it.

They like to sing Journey really loud in the car!
Favorite ring shot! Love these little people... and no I don't know who they are. I'm not that cool or even close to it.
S'mores anyone?
Ice cream?

I don’t usually put all of the vendors down but these guys really WOWed me.

Gina!

I had a great time photographing Gina yesterday. She looked beautiful and check out those amazing eyes! The weather was perfect ~ sunny and warm except for the crazy winds but we had fun with it. It's starting to get really busy around here but how freaking lucky am I to have this awesome job. Gina I wish you the best... you are sweet!!

It was really windy... We thought Blanca might fly away... she almost did!

Lindsey&Patrick ~March 15th, 2008

WOW! so... We officially kicked off the spring season yesterday and if this is a taste of what's to come in 2008, then I can't wait! I have been looking forward to Lindsey&Patrick's wedding for a long time. Not only are they gorgeous, but they are truly one of the nicest couples I have ever met. Everything was impeccable! Lindsey looked amazing and Patrick, well he was looking extra sharp in his tux. The theme of the night was old Hollywood... I had never seen it done before and I loved it. I also have to mention that the PARTY was off the HOOK! Thanks guys for having me along.. I came out with a couple fresh battle wounds. I have to Thank Carmela&Lauren from In Style Weddings and Destinations for making my life easier. Be prepared... this blog is long. I just had a hard time narrowing it down and I got a little excited! Here are some of Blanca's favorites on her NEW blog... Thanks B for all your help.

Vintage bag...

I love this photo!
Patrick was really proud of boots... I would be too!
Patrick&Lindsey decided to see each other before the ceremony and this was his first expression after seeing Lindsey for the first time.

Since we did all the photos before the ceremony we had some time to play around and got some really great shots.

One of the last photos of Lindsey before taking the plunge.
The flower girls were priceless.

See... how cool!
One of my favorite photos of the day.

The bouquet toss... it was a fight.

I photographed Megan&Tip's wedding back in 2006 and guess who was there... Tips parents! It's a small world.

Lindsey was a little sad that the party was over. Awwww
