Happy Birthday to ME!

I turned 33 yesterday and I have to say it was one of the best birthdays I've ever had. It was really nice and relaxing. I love sleep and since I can't seem to get enough of that these days my lovely hubby let me sleep in... that's always a great way to start the day. After that Billy, Memo and I went to the mall to do a little shopping and then we headed over to the movies to see Ratatouille. We ended that part of family day playing some Wii at home (kicked ass at some tennis) and then it was time for adults only... Billy took me out to a fancy dinner at Vespaio and since they had an hour and half wait (which is always worth it) we walked around South Congress while we waited for our table. The weather was great and I had some fancy champagne at Hotel San Jose! So just in case you are wondering what does a girl like me get on her birthday... well... how about a hot pink nano and a sexy pair of paten leather high heels. Can't beat that! 33... not so bad.My handsome hubby!I really wanted to wear these last night but I was afraid for the baby. It's too bad because they look HOT!Being Silly at Jo's.Quick family pic before going out to dinner.

Nicole&Patrick

This RAIN is killing me… I’ve had to reschedule a million sessions this year. So it was no surprise that it was raining the other morning... but then it teased me and stopped for about 30 minutes... and then it started again and then it stopped once more… so we finally headed downtown and took some photos. Then of course I was praying we could get some more rain so I could take some cool photos of Nicole and Patrick jumping around it in it. But NO… then just 5 minutes after we stopped shooting and I got in my car to leave… it started raining. Thanks again for your patience… maybe it will stop raining since we finally took your photos.

Baby Shower!

It's really happening! I'm having this baby GIRL in less than 2 months and somehow I'm not ready! We have no name ... but we do have lots of PINK! I'm soooooooooo excited to have a girl! So my lovely lady friends threw me an awesome baby shower yesterday with lots of yummy food, no baby games (Thank YOU!), manicures&pedicures (REALLY) and lots of wine... OK... I only had a glass but man... I really wanted to try all of them. My mom (Mercedes) came up from Mexico City to celebrate with me and my sister (Tatiana) was here as well. I can't THANK Stacy, Kathryn, Heather, Sam and Diana enough for putting this together. I'm very luck to have such an amazing group of friends. I love ya. I truly had a wonderful time. Thanks to everyone for showing up and giving US ALL that LOVE! Tatiana, Mercedes and ME!
I'm getting pretty ROUND!
Ahhh... I love my sis!
Look at all this ladies...
Blanca getting her nails done... Heather hosted the party at her house and I have to say I LOVE her house!

Stacy doing the Stacy pose!
Katie was being camera shy... but Kathryn looks pretty cute here!
My HOT Mama!
I have no idea what's going on here.
I just love this photo.
Cute! I love having my sister around... even if we argue all the time (she doesn't know how to drive) and we both like to be the boss... she's older so she usually wins but I sure give it 200%.
Ah.... I'm not sure what I was doing but for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to jump around... My mom didn't seem to think so.The hostesses and Me.

Pretty much everything was pink... I'm used to BLUE.
Slap happy or I'm about to pee my pants... not sure which one.
My grandma and mom made these bags with lots of love and gave one to each of the girls as gifts. SWEET!
Little shoes.
I was hoping they would accidentally drop some on my head.

Amy&Coby!

Amy&Coby are getting married this September in Santa Fe... I wish it was me who was photographing the wedding (sniff)... well at least I was lucky enough to shoot the engagement session. I've never had anyone almost pass out on me, but Amy was pretty close... She managed to put all her weight on one leg and lock her knees. Well... to be honest I did have her standing in an awkward position... sorry Amy! Thanks for having me along and BEST of luck in Santa Fe!
